About the role

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
  • Process orders and inquiries accurately
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized with attention to detail

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective listening and empathy skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $20 - $25 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
