Clinic Supervisor, Walk-In Clinic

Responsibilities
- Ensures the accuracy and efficiency of day-to-day operations at the clinic/center, including registration, medical records, AR charge entry, AP processing, physician and patient scheduling, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Serves as a supervisor, leading staff meetings, participating in performance reviews, human resources counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborates with management during provider meetings.
Requirements
- Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Three years of experience in a healthcare clinic setting preferred.
- One year of medical coding and billing experience preferred.
Qualifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $29.39 - $44.08 per hour.
Schedule
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday.
