Clinic Supervisor, Walk-In Clinic
About the role
Olympic Medical Center is located on the beautiful North Olympic Peninsula in Washington state. The area offers a variety of recreational activities such as hiking, camping, fishing, kayaking, and cycling. It is bordered by Olympic National Park, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, and the Pacific Coast, with Seattle and Victoria, BC nearby.
The position is full-time with a competitive salary range of $29.39 - $44.08 per hour, along with excellent benefits and a desirable PNW lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Affirmatively responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of the day-to-day operations of Olympic Medical Physicians clinic/center functions (for assigned clinic/center/location)
- Includes registration, medical records, AR charge entry, AP processing, physician and patient scheduling, incoming/outgoing mail, and other office functions as required
- Supervises the clinic/center staff, leads staff meetings, participates in performance reviews, human resources counseling, and disciplinary actions, and in Provider meetings with management
Requirements
- Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration or 5 years’ associated work experience preferred
- Three years’ experience in a health care clinic setting preferred
- One year medical coding and billing experience preferred
Qualifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

- Proficiency in medical coding and billing
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
