Clinic Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the clinic staff.
- Lead the company representative in interactions with clients to ensure PRIME delivers exceptional services.
- Ensure the accuracy of services produced to the client, including authorization and billing.
- Request and maintain appropriate levels of inventory, cleanliness, and service management of the clinic.
- Ensure the patient's experience is positive and the delivery of services is a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma, advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in management within a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Effective communication, team building, and leadership skills; highly organized and able to manage time effectively; ability to solve problems on the fly; knowledge of medical clinic operations; results-oriented; strong communication skills; ability to lead a team; strong problem-solving skills.
Other Duties As Assigned
Physical Demands: Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time, lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 75 pounds. Repetitive motion. Extensive use of computers and keyboards. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift packages and other items, to walk short and long distances, climb stairs and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials and supplies.
