Qualifications

  • Education and Credentials: Graduate of an approved and appropriately credentialed School of Nursing, (Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree Program).
  • Licensed RN in the State of Colorado.
  • BSN or Bachelors in appropriate discipline required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association required.
  • Experience: 5 years post graduate experience as an R.N., substantial work exposure to ambulatory care clinics and cardiac patient populations is required.
  • At least 3 years Supervisory experience in a direct-line supervisory position.

Pay

SALARY RANGE ‎$37.50 to $56.23/hour (BSN)

About the role

This is a full-time, day-shift position!

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily routine patient activities in the clinic; works closely with staff and physicians to assure patient flow, throughput, and other workflow processes proceed efficiently.
  • Assigns required work for clinical staff, daily.
  • Assures assignments are completed and provides assistance when necessary.
  • Assures orientation processes for new staff members proceed according to predetermined plans; coordinates training programs, in-service education, and competency programs for the development of clinical staff.
  • Affords assistance to the Director with the staffing, maintenance, and supervision of the clinic.
  • Provides direct patient care as needed.
