Clinic Supervisor RN
About the role
Seeking a Clinic Supervisor, RN for our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care.
Responsibilities
- May have direct care duties.
- Helps establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the assigned clinic areas.
- Participates in the development and implementation of clinical plans.
- Trains/orients, and supervises departmental personnel.
- Responsible for work assignment and daily operations.
- Makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, or disciplinary actions.
- Solves problems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Assists with fiscal management and other administrative tasks.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and privacy.
- Serves as liaison between clinic and external agencies.
- Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided.
- Participates in professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school or program in nursing is required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office, acute care or clinical outpatient setting is required.
- Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- RN is required.
- CPC Coding is required if coding duties are performed.
