Clinic Supervisor RN

About the role

Seeking a Clinic Supervisor, RN for our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care.

Responsibilities

• May have direct care duties.
• Helps establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the assigned clinic areas.
• Participates in the development and implementation of clinical plans.
• Trains/orients, and supervises departmental personnel.
• Responsible for work assignment and daily operations.
• Makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, or disciplinary actions.
• Solves problems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Assists with fiscal management and other administrative tasks.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and privacy.
• Serves as liaison between clinic and external agencies.
• Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided.
• Participates in professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school or program in nursing is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office, acute care or clinical outpatient setting is required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• RN is required.
• CPC Coding is required if coding duties are performed.
