About the role
Full-time position (Monday - Friday, days) with no nights, on-call, weekends, or holidays. This role provides leadership to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day functions of clinic staff and programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
- Help establish and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for assigned clinical areas
- Train, orient, and supervise departmental personnel, including work assignments and daily operations
- Manage staff performance, evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions for front office and clinical staff
- Monitor and control clinical expenditures to remain within budget
- Serve as a liaison between the clinic and external agencies
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services
- Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy
- Perform related work as required
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school or program in nursing (required)
- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting (required)
- Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
- RN license (required)
- CPC coding certification (required if performing coding duties)
