RN Clinic Supervisor

About the role

Full-time position (Monday - Friday, days) with no nights, on-call, weekends, or holidays. This role provides leadership to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of clinic staff and programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
• Help establish and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for assigned clinical areas
• Train, orient, and supervise departmental personnel, including work assignments and daily operations
• Manage staff performance, evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions for front office and clinical staff
• Monitor and control clinical expenditures to remain within budget
• Serve as a liaison between the clinic and external agencies
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services
• Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy
• Perform related work as required

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school or program in nursing (required)
• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting (required)
• Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
• RN license (required)
• CPC coding certification (required if performing coding duties)
