Clinic RN Supervisor

Job Summary

As our Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence. Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. You'll passionately advocate for your team, translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assigns day-to-day work activities; directs the functional and technical job performance of team members.
• Allocates and directs staffing needs to meet patient, unit, and department needs, and collaborates with others to ensure overall staffing needs are met.
• Manages performance including: setting goals, clarifying job expectations, monitoring performance progress, providing feedback, recognizing developing skills, and addressing performance issues related to work and our commitments using corrective action.
• Works with individual clinic management and medical staff to evaluate, monitor, and enforce clinic-specific protocols, procedures, and objectives; maintains compliance with federal/state regulations and standards.
• Ensures charging/reimbursement changes are integrated into every level of clinic operations by coordinating with the clinic team.

Job Requirements

• Required Bachelor's Degree in nursing OR Master's Degree with NO experience OR 3 years' experience in the discipline.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 3 years related experience in a clinic/physician office.
• Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required.
