Schedule: Exempt (Salaried) | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

As our Clinic Supervisor (RN), you'll play a key leadership role in guiding daily clinic operations while supporting a collaborative team dedicated to helping older adults live safely and independently. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient and complete care is delivered to participants.
  • Problem solve effectively, addressing challenges and obstacles that may occur throughout the day.
  • Provide cross-site administrative and leadership support to clinic staff as needed.
  • Supervise clinic staff members including Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses.
  • Complete hiring, training, discipline, performance, and competency reviews.
  • Coordinate and supervise nursing care for participants in the PACE clinic according to program standards.
  • Ensure all clinic staff have adequate supplies and equipment to perform their duties in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Operations.
  • Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team and coordinate effectively with other supervisors and managers to support and execute participant care.
  • Oversee and participate in the development and implementation of plans of care with participants, family, and caregivers in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Participate in site-specific and cross-site leadership meetings and initiatives.
  • Consult with appropriate leaders about high-risk clinical situations and organizational development issues.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with the frail elderly or long-term care population.
  • At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technologically adept and proficient in electronic medical records.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
