About the role

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a clinic, ensuring patient care standards are met and staff are adequately supported.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage of all clinic services.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure the clinic environment is safe and conducive to patient care.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience supervising a team of nurses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
