Clinic Coordinator - Sand Springs

About the role

This position is responsible for patient care coordination in assigned department with collaboration with the supervisor. To ensure quality patient care consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct operational support for the department
• Acts as a clinic resource person for the staff
• Acts as a liaison between staff and management
• Assists the supervisor in determining staffing needs and identifying problems within the designated department
• Facilitates problem resolution
• Collaborates with the supervisor in assessing quality of care provided, identifying staff strengths and weaknesses, and in evaluation of staff performance
• Identifies operations issues and works to take action and correct problems
• Aids in the effective operation of the department through teamwork, customer service/satisfaction, quality assurance, adherence to legal and financial regulations, providing feedback, and assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Experience: 1-3 years
