1. About Our Client:Early Autism Services is a national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services focused on delivering care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The organization addresses the challenge of providing effective and compassionate treatment through a skilled team operating across multiple markets. 2. About the Opportunity:The Clinic Coordinator role supports the smooth operation and coordination of ABA clinics by assisting the Operations Manager. This position ensures efficient clinic functions and effective communication among teams, contributing to the overall quality of care and operational success. 3. Responsibilities:• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing call-outs• Communicate with families to coordinate care and provide service updates• Support record-keeping and reporting for business forecasting• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for therapeutic sessions• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment• Monitor and order clinic inventory supplies• Participate in team meetings and provide operational updates• Perform additional duties assigned by the Operations Manager 4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred• At least 2 years of experience in operations or coordination, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA settings• Knowledge of ABA or experience in autism services highly preferred• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with cloud-based management tools• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively• Detail-oriented with emphasis on accuracy• Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment 5.
