Requirements • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships • Connecting with prospective clients through structured online systems • Following an established business development process • Conducting professional conversations with interested applicants • Supporting client engagement and ongoing relationship development • Participating in online leadership and professional development training • Managing your own schedule, priorities and daily activity • Working independently while being supported by an experienced global team What We’re Looking For You may be a strong fit if you have: • Approximately 8+ years of professional or business experience • Strong communication and relationship building skills • Experience in business development, client engagement, leadership, consulting or customer success • The ability to work independently and manage your own time • A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems • A growth focused mindset and interest in developing both professionally and personally • Confidence communicating with people from a range of professional backgrounds • The ability to dedicate consistent time each week to building results Benefits This is a remote, independent opportunity, not a traditional position.
