Client Acquisition & Business Growth Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals with strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills to work within the leadership education sector. This opportunity focuses on client acquisition, enquiry management, and professional follow-up. You will connect with individuals who have requested information, ask structured qualifying questions, and guide suitable prospects through an established information process. You will use digital platforms, CRM systems, and proven marketing processes to manage enquiries, maintain communication, and support ongoing business growth.

Comprehensive training, established systems, and ongoing support are provided. You will work independently while following a structured framework for prospect engagement, qualification, and client development. This role may suit professionals with experience in business development, sales, recruitment, consulting, client services, customer success, marketing, or leadership who are looking to apply their existing skills in a flexible remote environment. The structure is performance-based and best suited to self-directed professionals who are comfortable taking responsibility for their own activity and results.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional, business, leadership, sales, or client-facing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence speaking with prospective clients by phone and Zoom
• Experience in business development, client acquisition, relationship management, or a related area
• Ability to ask clear qualifying questions and follow a structured process
• Comfortable using digital platforms, CRM systems, and online communication tools
• Organised, self-directed, and able to manage follow-up consistently
• Able to dedicate approximately 15 hours per week
• Comfortable working within a performance-based structure
• Suitable for experienced professionals rather than students or recent graduates
