About the role

This is a fully remote, independent, performance-based opportunity suited to an experienced professional who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and contributing to business growth. You’ll work independently using established systems and training, with a focus on client engagement, business development, and relationship building. Many people begin alongside existing professional or family commitments.

Requirements

• Professional experience in business development, client engagement, relationship management, leadership, consulting, or a similar people-focused field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own daily activities
• Willingness to follow established systems and participate in ongoing professional development
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work toward clearly defined goals
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week available to develop the opportunity
• Reliable internet access and confidence using standard online communication tools
