About the role

Breakthrough Blueprint is seeking motivated, self-directed individuals for a remote independent contractor role focused on communication, digital engagement, and personal development–related programs and events. This opportunity suits people who are confident working independently, comfortable using online tools, and interested in a flexible remote role supported by training, systems, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals who have expressed interest in personal and professional development programs and virtual events
• Use simple online systems and digital tools to provide information and manage follow-up
• Work remotely using your laptop and phone
• Manage your own schedule and activity levels
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Follow structured systems and processes provided through onboarding and mentorship
• Engage with a broader support network of experienced professionals

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organised
• Comfortable using digital tools for communication and follow-up
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
• Interest in personal growth, leadership, and ongoing development
• Minimum of 5 years working experience required
