Digital Client Growth & Business Development Consultant – Remote

About the role

Do you enjoy the mix of people, communication, digital marketing and business growth? We’re looking for experienced professionals who are confident communicating with people, comfortable using online tools and interested in building results through a structured business development process. This is a remote, independent and performance-based opportunity within the leadership education sector. You’ll work with established systems, professional training and ongoing support while managing your own activity and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with prospective clients and responding to enquiries
• Conducting professional business conversations
• Following up and nurturing leads
• Using digital marketing and online platforms to generate interest
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Following a structured client acquisition process
• Managing contacts and activity through online systems and CRM tools
• Participating in ongoing leadership and professional development
• Setting goals and managing your own daily activity

Requirements

• You may come from business development, digital marketing, sales, consulting, recruitment, client services, customer engagement or another commercially focused profession
• Communicate confidently and professionally
• Have strong relationship-building skills
• Are comfortable following up with prospective clients
• Understand that consistent activity creates results
• Can work independently and manage your own time
• Are comfortable using digital tools and online systems
• Have a growth mindset and are willing to learn
• Enjoy working with people and building trust
• Are open to an independent, performance-based income model
• Are looking for greater flexibility than a traditional salaried role may provide
• Previous experience in our specific industry is not required, as training and systems are provided
