About the role

This is a remote position in the leadership education sector. You will use established digital platforms and marketing systems to generate and respond to enquiries, connect with prospective clients, and build professional relationships with people who have requested further information. The role involves following a structured process to communicate with prospects, ask relevant qualifying questions, and provide consistent professional follow-up throughout the information process. It combines digital marketing, client engagement, and relationship development.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional, business, or leadership experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in digital marketing, business development, client engagement, consulting, customer relations, or a related field
• Confident communicating professionally by phone and online
• Comfortable building relationships and following up with prospective clients
• Able to work independently while following an established process
• Organised, self-directed, and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Able to dedicate approximately 15 hours per week
• Willing to learn and apply established digital marketing and client development strategies
