Client Growth & Leadership Consultant – Remote

About the role

This is a remote position within the leadership education and professional growth sector, working alongside an established global organisation with more than 20 years of experience. You’ll work independently using proven systems and a structured business development process, with training and support provided.

• Connecting with prospective clients
• Conducting structured introductory conversations
• Building and maintaining professional relationships
• Following up with enquiries in a timely and professional way
• Working with established marketing and business development systems
• Participating in ongoing leadership and professional development
• Managing your own schedule, activity and results

This may suit someone from a leadership, consulting, business development, client relationship or professional services background who is looking for greater flexibility and independence.

Requirements

• Has experience in leadership, consulting, business development, client engagement or relationship management
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Enjoys working with and speaking to people
• Is comfortable using phone, Zoom and online systems
• Can work independently without close supervision
• Is organised and able to follow an established process
• Is self-motivated and willing to take responsibility for their results
• Has an interest in leadership, professional growth and business
• Can commit approximately 15–20 hours per week
• Is comfortable with a performance-based income structure rather than a fixed salary
