About the role

This is a remote, independent, performance-based opportunity for experienced professionals with a background in leadership, business development, client engagement, or consulting. You will connect with individuals who have expressed interest, conduct structured conversations, follow an established process, and support prospective clients as they explore mutual alignment. Results are directly tied to your activity, follow-up, and performance.

You will work remotely with access to established systems, training, and ongoing professional support.

Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals who have expressed interest through structured conversations
• Follow an established business development process
• Support prospective clients in determining mutual alignment
• Work independently within a performance-based structure

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in leadership, business development, consulting, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking with people by phone and Zoom
• Experience in client engagement, business development, or consultative conversations
• Comfortable following an established process and working independently
• Self-directed with strong time-management and organizational skills
• Able to dedicate approximately 15+ hours per week
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace
• Not suitable for students or recent graduates
