Client Service Representative Western Trails Veterinary Hospital

About the role

Practice: Western Trails Veterinary Hospital is the premier hospital serving the areas of Edgewood, Moriarty, Albuquerque, Tijeras, Sandia Park, Estancia, and surrounding areas. The hospital offers a full-service mobile unit for house/farm calls.

Responsibilities

• Provides an exceptional experience to clients during every interaction.
• Engages clients continually and performs practice administrative tasks like record maintenance and appointment tracking.
• Maintains veterinary medical records, handles accounts, processes payments, and performs data entry and word processing.
• Manages practice reception, including visitor and telephone interactions, and performs backup of the computer system.
• Schedules appointments, prepares and sends client correspondence, and conducts re-calls to clients.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, answers incoming calls, presents medications, and addresses client concerns.
• Ensures all public areas are clean and presentable.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on weekends as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.
