Saint Francis Veterinary Center of South Jersey is seeking a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join their team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Swedesboro, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and compassionate experience for pets and their families
- Coordinate appointments and support both urgent and primary care visits
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Process payments and ensure a smooth client experience from check-in to check-out
Requirements
- 2+ years of Client Service/Customer Facing experience required
- Positive work attitude
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Qualifications
- Clinical veterinary experience strongly preferred

Pay
Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $17 – $19 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Schedule
Full-time position.
