Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm visits
  • Greet and check clients in and out of the hospital
  • Educate clients about products and services
  • Collaborate with the medical team to support daily operations
  • Process prescription refill requests (in-clinic and online)
  • Retrive and deliver lab results, referral reports, and past records to the team in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment
  • Mentor and support fellow team members
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions
  • Follow protocols and procedures with consistency and fairness
  • Work independently and efficiently
