Responsibilities
- Respond to all merchant requests, rate review requests, supply order requests, LP issues and all escalated merchant issues in a timely manner to ensure the highest level of merchant retention and satisfaction.
- Work the daily merchant log notes in an effort to proactively address potential merchant concerns.
- Product and Service expert. Follow up on outstanding merchant issues until the desired resolution is achieved.
- Retention, answers Retention calls in queue and retain merchant accounts
- Use reports created to analyze reasons for merchant cancellations
- Use analysis to determine most effective retention methods
- Follow all policy and procedures for merchant retention
- Sets closing requests
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s in related field and 3 years of related experience or HS/GED and 7 years
- Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated abilities with statistical capture and analysis.Ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the Sales and Operations to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed.Must be a quick learner, with a positive attitude an ability to work well within a team.Must have the ability to work independently and create/self-manage a recruiting process that is sound, efficient and result-yielding.Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship management skills with the proven ability to work in a matrix environment across functional lines.
