Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internet sales inquiries via phone, email, text, and personalized video.
  • Provide vehicle pricing, availability, and product information to prospective clients.
  • Answer incoming sales calls and assist clients with their questions.
  • Manage inbound emails and text messages with professionalism and urgency.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and text messages to follow up with prospects and existing clients.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Build rapport with clients and provide outstanding customer service throughout the buying process.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the dealership CRM.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure every client receives timely communication.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create a seamless client experience.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly communication and appointment goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating through email and text.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Pay Range

$18.00 - $20.00/hour

Hours

Monday - Thursday 2:30 pm 7:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm with ½ hour lunch
