Client Relations Specialist
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technology-savvy Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing customer orders, providing pricing and quotes, and resolving order-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in using various technology platforms to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Receive and validate orders through the company web-based system and send them to the in-house system for processing.
- Provide accurate pricing information on orders and generate quotes.
- Investigate and resolve order issues, identifying the party responsible.
- Answer inquiries through the 1-800 customer service phone line.
- Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely shipment of orders to the warehouse.
- Manage less than 100 inbound calls daily, maintaining professionalism.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone and email.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product pricing and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
- Research and resolve discrepancies reported by customers.

Work Environment
This position requires working onsite in an office setting.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
