Client Advisor | Premium Womenswear Brand | Sloane Street

We’re recruiting for a Client Advisor to join a renowned premium womenswear brand at its boutique on Sloane Street. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with career development potential within a growing fashion business.

About the role

• Deliver an elevated and personalised client experience in line with the brand’s values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through styling appointments, follow-ups, and client outreach.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and styling expertise.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards across the boutique.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including stock management, deliveries, and inventory tasks.
• Handle client enquiries and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
• Act as a positive and reliable team member, contributing to a collaborative working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working within a premium or luxury fashion brand.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong clientelling and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and sales-driven approach.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods.
