Join Ferrari Lifestyle as a Client Advisor in our Soho, NY boutique and become a key player in merging the worlds of luxury and fashion. You will act as a brand ambassador, building Ferrari Lifestyle’s reputation as a fashion icon while fostering long-lasting, meaningful relationships with clients to drive growth and loyalty in your market.
Responsibilities
- Sales Generation:
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals for both individual and store performance.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and train selling staff to enhance expertise.
- Build a network of influential contacts in the luxury sector to promote customer loyalty, with a focus on VIC/VIP clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through events, activations, and collaborations with luxury hotels, fine restaurants, fashion outlets, stylists, and other external partners.
- Collaborate with corporate teams and stores to create and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and engaging high-value clients.
- Track and analyze VIC initiatives, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Organize and manage high-end events and experiences for VICs, ensuring a seamless and memorable brand experience.
- Stay informed about fashion industry trends and market developments.
- Partner with the Store Director and Associate Store Director to meet or exceed store sales targets.
- Customer Service:
- Utilize the brand’s Selling Ceremony guidelines to deliver exceptional Ferrari service, maintaining an 85% grading standard.
- Lead by example in providing tailor-made advice, actively listening to customers’ expectations, and addressing their requests.
- Engage customers with creative and surprising wardrobe suggestions.
- Foster a culture of clienteling and relationship-building within the team to drive repeat business, consignment sales, and in-store activations.
- Resolve customer service issues quickly and effectively.
- Operations:
- Support the Associate Director and Director with staff training in all aspects of the selling experience and role-specific responsibilities.
- Understand and execute all register functions relevant to your role.
- Maintain a neat and organized understock and stock room.
- Merchandising/Visual:
- Ensure the selling floor is consistently neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the brand’s visual standards.
- Identify and communicate product concerns to Store Leadership in a timely manner.
- Communicate inventory needs to Store Leadership to support business objectives.
- Human Resources:
- Adhere to Presentation & Wardrobe standards, ensuring a professional appearance that reflects the brand image.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience within the luxury fashion sector.
- Experience working with international brands is a plus.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to meaningfully engage with clients and team members.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Keen sense of current fashion trends and sensibility within the luxury segment.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
