Claims Adjuster – Attorney Represented Injury

Duties & Responsibilities
- Determines coverage and liability
- Negotiate with claimants or their attorneys
- Settle claims and set reserves
- Estimates cost of treatment or compensation for those injured in accidents
- Analyze and interpret medical reports, follow-up with no-fault parties, and manage claims process to ensure efficient resolution
- Interview, collect and document information from various people such as claimants, agents/brokers, attorneys, and police
Must-have Qualifications
- Four years of relevant work experience with one year in claims handling
- {OR} Associate's degree and three years relevant work experience with one year in claims handling
- {OR} Bachelor's degree and one year in claims handling
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance
Preferred Skills
- Auto and/or commercial insurance experience
- Twelve months injury claims experience
Compensation
- Fresno area: $30.29 - $39.23/hour depending on experience
- Irvine, Modesto, Riverside, Sacramento, San Diego area: $33.37 - $43.17/hour depending on experience
- Concord, Pasadena, Sherman Oaks, Thousand Oaks, Torrance area: $36.35 - $43.17/hour depending on experience

- Annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
