Duties & Responsibilities
- Determines coverage and liability
- Negotiate with claimants or their attorneys
- Settle claims and set reserves
- Evaluate and interpret medical reports
- Follow-up with no-fault parties
- Manage claims process to ensure efficient resolution
- Interview, collect, and document information from various people
Must-have Qualifications
- Four years of relevant work experience with one year in claims handling
- OR One year in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree
- OR Three years of relevant work experience with one year in claims handling and an associate degree
- Current or prior Missouri Injury Experience Required
Preferred Skills
- Auto and/or commercial insurance experience

Pay
$68,804 - $84,048 based on experience
Schedule
This is a hybrid role. You’ll be expected to report to an office about four days per month for important meetings, training, and collaboration and will have the benefit of continued coaching from a supportive team. If you prefer an in-office environment, you’re welcome to work in the office more than four days per month.
