Child Protection Case management and Information Management Consultant, LAC, Remote with possible travel funded by CO, for 8 months, # 594235

About the role

The consultant will support the Child Protection COE team in providing technical assistance and implementation support for CPIMS+ and Primero in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of CPIMS+ and Primero in LAC countries.
• Provide training and in-country support to frontline protection workers using CPIMS+ and Primero.
• Collaborate with government partners to ensure effective communication and alignment on technical concepts.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy protocols, adhering to the principle of 'do no harm'.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of digital literacy among social workers.

Requirements

• Masters in Public Health, Child Protection, Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Work, or Gender-Based Violence.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of case management best practices and data protection and privacy protocols.
• Experience with Primero/CPIMS+ implementation, training, and in-country support.
• Experience with implementing CPIMS+ in a LAC country.
• Patience and empathy when working with social workers and improving digital literacy.
• Government collaboration experience and ability to communicate effectively on technical concepts.
• Strong understanding of local hosting infrastructure.
