What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a growing sales team, currently consisting of approximately five team members with anticipated expansion
- Create and formalize sales processes, methodologies, and performance standards
- Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline and forecasting process
- Develop revenue growth strategies across multiple channels and market segments
- Evaluate market opportunities, competitive positioning, and go-to-market initiatives
- Help design compensation structures, territory strategies, and sales organization architecture
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing to ensure sustainable growth and execution
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- Current or recent experience in a VP, SVP, CRO, or equivalent senior sales leadership role
- Experience leading and developing sales teams while maintaining executive-level customer relationships
- Strong background in B2B sales environments
- Insurance, employee benefits, healthcare services, or business services experience strongly preferred
- Proven success building sales infrastructure, forecasting models, and scalable revenue processes
- Experience creating sales strategies that drive measurable growth
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization
- Data-driven decision maker with strong business and financial acumen
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Pay
Base salary in the range of $200,000 - $230,000 DOE, plus commissions and bonuses.
Schedule
Up to 30% travel as needed.
