What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a growing sales team, currently consisting of approximately five team members with anticipated expansion
  • Create and formalize sales processes, methodologies, and performance standards
  • Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline and forecasting process
  • Develop revenue growth strategies across multiple channels and market segments
  • Evaluate market opportunities, competitive positioning, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Help design compensation structures, territory strategies, and sales organization architecture
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing to ensure sustainable growth and execution

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
  • Current or recent experience in a VP, SVP, CRO, or equivalent senior sales leadership role
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams while maintaining executive-level customer relationships
  • Strong background in B2B sales environments
  • Insurance, employee benefits, healthcare services, or business services experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success building sales infrastructure, forecasting models, and scalable revenue processes
  • Experience creating sales strategies that drive measurable growth
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong business and financial acumen
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Pay

Base salary in the range of $200,000 - $230,000 DOE, plus commissions and bonuses.

Schedule

Up to 30% travel as needed.
