  • Physician Partnerships & Clinical Governance
    • Build trust-based relationships with physician leaders, division heads, and medical directors across all regions.
    • Serve as the core executive bridge between corporate MSO governance and division-level physician leadership.
    • Support physician recruitment, onboarding, provider retention, and productivity ramp schedules in partnership with clinical recruiters and local practice leadership.
  • Technology, Analytics & Compliance
    • Leverage enterprise EMR, Practice Management (PM), and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to deliver real-time operational analytics and actionable leadership dashboards.
    • Ensure strict operational compliance with Florida healthcare regulations (AHCA, FL Department of Health), HIPAA, OSHA, and federal risk management guidelines.
    • Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction (NPS), clinical safety, and risk mitigation across all 22 Florida counties.
  • Talent Development & Culture
    • Build, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing team of Regional Directors, VP of Operations, and Practice Administrators.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, operational discipline, physician engagement, and patient-first service across 2,100+ team members.
    • Promote organizational values and reinforce a high-performance culture across all levels of the organization.
  • Key Performance Indicators (First 12–18 Months)
    • Standardize core operational KPIs and reporting structures across all 8 divisions within 180 days.
    • Increase utilization and margin efficiency across physical therapy, imaging, and surgical ancillary streams.
    • Improve patient access, reduce scheduling backlog, and optimize provider clinic utilization.
    • Right-size staffing ratios per provider across clinics while maintaining high employee retention across 2,100 FTEs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
  • Significant executive-level experience within a healthcare services organization, MSO, physician practice management organization, ambulatory care platform, or multi-site healthcare environment.
