Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational excellence across a fast-growing promotional products organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across Warehouse, E-commerce, Procurement, and Accounting teams.
- Own operational P&L performance and drive margin optimization.
- Align operational strategies with overall business growth objectives.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor operational leaders while building scalable teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, ownership, and operational excellence.
- Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs and OKRs across departments.
- Oversee global vendor relationships, sourcing strategies, and rebate programs.
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners and warehouse operations.
- Develop contingency plans and operational risk mitigation strategies.
- Present operational updates, metrics, and recommendations directly to executive leadership.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, and cost management.
Technology & Process Improvement
- Oversee and optimize business systems, including ERP, WMS, OMS, and e-commerce platforms.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Improve reporting, operational analytics, and data visibility across all departments.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and technology implementation projects.
- Manage ERP upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of warehouse leadership experience, including pick/pack, kitting, and packaging operations.
- Senior leadership experience managing procurement, logistics, warehouse, and e-commerce teams within a promotional products or similar distribution environment.
- Proven track record of scaling operational infrastructure in a growing organization.
- Strong experience implementing and managing cloud-based business systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or Salesforce.
- Experience implementing or managing an internal Order Management System (OMS).
- Strong financial acumen with ownership of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, operational cost control, cash flow management, and profitability improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Work Arrangement
