Chief of Staff to Head of GTM (Remote)

About the role

The Chief of Staff to the Head of GTM is the operational backbone of the GTM organization. They will own cross-functional GTM projects, operating cadences, reporting systems, hiring coordination, and internal infrastructure. They will make decisions on behalf of the Head of GTM.

Responsibilities

• Execute GTM initiatives across Paid, Social, Outbound, Affiliate, Partnerships, AEOR
• Run weekly GTM operating rhythms
• Build and maintain GTM briefs & dashboards (spend, return, investment decisions)
• Serve as DRI for strategic GTM projects
• Identify bottlenecks and implement systems/automations/AI workflows
• Coordinate hiring pipelines, onboarding, documentation for GTM roles
• Maintain momentum through day-to-day operational decisions

Requirements

• 2-5 years in Chief of Staff, Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Startup Operations
• Proven ability to independently own projects end-to-end
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with dashboards, spreadsheets, operational reporting
• Familiarity with modern productivity and AI tools
• High agency, bias toward action
