Chief of Neonatology

About the role

Nemours Children’s Hospital, Florida seeks an accomplished and visionary Division Chief of Neonatology to lead our Level IV NICU within one of the nation’s fastest-growing pediatric academic health systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical care, education, quality, research, and program development within a culture grounded in compassion, academic excellence, and Whole Child Health.
• Play a key role in shaping neonatal services within this evolving ecosystem, helping develop new programs, strengthen alignment across specialties, and expand our regional and national impact.
• Advocate for and implement strategies that enhance the quality of care, improve patient outcomes, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

• MD or DO; board-certified in neonatology
• Minimum of five years in a formal leadership role and five to ten years of clinical experience
• Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
