About The Role The Checker (2nd Shift) is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurate and meet quality standards before shipment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction by verifying product quality, quantity, and proper handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You’ll Do Ensure all orders are accurately checked for product type, color, quantity, and quality prior to shipmentUtilize RF scanning technology to verify and track inventory throughout the checking processMaintain an organized and safe work area, free of hazards such as debris, straps, and waterCoordinate with replenishment and quality teams to resolve product discrepancies or concernsVerify pick tickets are complete and properly attached to all ordersConsolidate orders efficiently while preventing product damage during handlingSupport packing operations by packing and staging completed orders for shipmentAssist with returns, substitutions, and end-of-shift product put-away as neededPrint customer shipping labels and accurately label proconasRun for missing product and QA issues to fulfill customer orders Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to work in a warehouse and refrigerated environment (approximately 34°F) with or without reasonable accommodation. The position involves standing for extended periods, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Employees must be comfortable using RF scanning devices and performing physically active tasks throughout the shift.
