Charlotte Office - Structured Finance Mid-Level Associate

About the role

Winston Taylor is seeking a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group in Charlotte. Ideal candidates should have 3-6 years of structured finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Representing domestic and foreign banks in warehouse lending and structured repurchase transactions involving commercial real estate loans, RMBS, CMBS, CLO bonds, and repack securities.

Requirements

• Strong deal experience at a law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures.
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar.

Qualifications

• Mid-level associate position in structured finance group.
• Experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or related finance structures.
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar.

Skills

• Strong legal skills, particularly in structured finance, lending, securitization, or related finance structures.
