Currently, looking for a Mid-Level Structured Finance Associate in NYC, to join their growing structured finance practice working on complex CLO transactions. This role involves representing investment banks and asset managers, with responsibilities spanning structuring, documentation, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Represent investment banks and asset managers
• Structuring complex CLO transactions
• Documentation of financial instruments
• Execution of financial deals

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in structured finance
• Strong understanding of financial markets and products
• Experience with CLO structures and execution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• CPA or CFA designation preferred
