New York Office - Structured Finance Mid-Level Associate

About the role

Winston Taylor is seeking a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group. Ideal candidates should have 3-6 years of structured finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of structured finance deals including securitization, lending, and other finance structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial transactions.
• Assist in due diligence processes and prepare legal documents for review.
• Provide guidance and support to junior associates and paralegals.

Requirements

• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Strong deal experience at a law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures.
• Experience across a variety of asset types and structures is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in law.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
• Knowledge of structured finance principles and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
