New York Office - Structured Finance Mid-Level Associate

About the role

Winston & Strawn is seeking a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of structured finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures deals
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop and implement financial strategies
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents related to structured finance transactions
• Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice

Requirements

• Admitted to the New York Bar

Qualifications

• Strong deal experience at a law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures
• Experience across a variety of asset types and structures is preferred but not required

• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 annually.
