Structured Finance Associate (New York)

About the role

Katten, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its Structured Finance Department in its New York office.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of structured finance transactions and/or asset-backed finance projects
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents related to structured finance and asset-backed finance
• Provide legal advice and support to clients and team members
• Collaborate with other departments within the firm and external parties to ensure seamless execution of projects

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience with structured finance transactions and/or asset-backed finance experience
• Knowledge of ABS, asset-backed credit facilities, and forward flow arrangements is preferred

The estimated salary range for this role is $235,000 - $365,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to experience/job history, class/graduation year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
