Charge RN - Post-Surgical, Night Shift

About the Role

Responsible for coordinating the delivery of quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle and managing operational issues during their shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care as needed based on patient census.
• Communicate patient care needs, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership.
• Serve as a resource and guide to nursing staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS certification required.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Two or more years of hospital nursing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Advanced specialty certification.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.
