Charge RN - Medical Surgical, Night Shift

Role Overview: Provides quality nursing care across all age groups, overseeing operational issues during shifts, and ensuring effective communication of patient care, departmental concerns, and staff needs. Acts as a resource and guidance for nursing staff. Responsibilities Include Coordinating patient care and staff activities during the shift.Delivering clinical care as needed based on census demands.Communicating effectively with leadership about patient and departmental issues.Providing guidance and support to nursing staff. Qualifications Graduate of a nursing program.At least one year of hospital nursing experience required.Current Registered Nurse license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.BLS certification required.Preferred qualifications include two or more years of hospital experience, a bachelor's degree, and advanced specialty certification. Skills: Clinical competency, strong communication, leadership, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced hospital environment.
