Charge RN - Medical Surgical, Night Shift

About the role

Provides quality nursing care across all age groups, overseeing operational issues during shifts, and ensuring effective communication of patient care, departmental concerns, and staff needs. Acts as a resource and guide for nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care during night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Addresses operational challenges and supports staff to maintain high-quality service.
• Communicates effectively with leadership and team members.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• At least one year of hospital nursing experience.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of hospital experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Advanced specialty certification.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.

Schedule

Night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
