Responsibilities

• Overseeing the care of patients on the night shift, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of care
• Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans
• Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments
• Managing nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the facility
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
