Charge Nurse - Night Shift

About the role

Registered Nurse in the Mother Baby Unit, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver evidence-based, top-of-scope care, prioritize patient safety, and contribute to quality outcomes.
• Support and mentor new staff, participate in a team approach, and adhere to standards such as AWHONN and AACN.
• Work in units including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Certifications in BLS, NRP, and ACLS.
• EFM certification required within one year.
