Charge Nurse - Night Shift

About the role

The role involves providing comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care in a women and infants' unit, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Prioritize patient wellness and safety in all clinical decisions
• Precept and mentor new staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current RN licensure
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
