Charge RN - Mother Baby

Role Overview: The Charge Registered Nurse applies theoretical concepts to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to professional standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN) with an active RN license in the relevant state or jurisdiction. Must maintain current licensure and meet all licensing requirements.Certifications: BLS certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, and unit-specific credentials may be necessary based on department needs or acquired during employment.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly, with prolonged standing, walking, and the ability to perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
