Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN license in the appropriate state or compact licensure.Certifications in BLS, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, or specialty certifications based on the unit.Strong physical stamina and ability to perform clinical duties involving mobility and strength.
